Any trace of smoking will subject the guest to a cleaning fee up to $500 -Please no pets, any trace of pets will subject the guest to a cleaning fee up to $500. -All dishes must be washed or dishwasher must be started before checking out of the property. -The fireplace is not to be used. The townhome is equipped with central heat and air. -Please do not throw anything other than toilet paper down the drains. -Please tie all trash bags and set them in the Dark Green Trash Bin. Make sure to follow the trash pickup schedule. This schedule is sent to you weekly with instructions on how to proceed. Excessive trash will be subject the guest to an additional cleaning fee up to $300. -Failure to follow any house rules listed above or rules directed through communication will result in an additional $100 administration fee.
